How did you hear about us?

Watch this tutorial video to see how to set or edit options at the point of registration for users to tell you how they heard about your platform.

You can gather information at the point of registration about how your new members heard of you & the platform.

  • Sign in to your platform.
  • Type /CMS after the platform URL.
  • Open the left-hand menu dropdown titled 'platform management' to select 'How did you hear about us?'.
  • Use the button to 'Add an option'.
  • Type a name for the option (eg. Google search)
  • Type a value for the option, this is not visible to the users (eg Ggle, or Op1)
  • Save
  • Use the up and down arrows to re-order the options to your preference.
  • When users have started responding, you can view the responses here.
