Platform partners

Understand how to set up a partner organisation on the platform to be listed as a 'partner'.

Platform partners are organisations, businesses or charities who have signed up alongside you (as the founding partner) to support your community platform as either a special interest partner or campaign partner.

When your partner has paid their licensing fee, you are able to add their logo and information to your platform.

The partner will need to have registered on the platform before you can add their member icon to your partner list.

To add a partner:

  1. Sign into your platform.
  2. Type /CMS after the platform URL
  3. Use the left-hand menu to select 'Partners'.
  4. Click 'add new partner'.
  5. Use the drop down menu to locate the member username.
  6. Select 'primary'.
