Member management checklist

  • Review members that have applied for the timebank (if applicable).
  • Review members that have applied for a profile badge.
  • Identify new members and check that they have completed their profile.
  • Connect with new members on the platform and send them a welcome message.
  • Review member profiles for inappropriate content and respond accordingly.
  • Connect members together through messages or project teams who share similar interests.
  • Respond to member requests to change their password.
  • Update the assigned role and admin access permissions for new members of your team.
  • Message inactive members to encourage them to add a profile picture or to interact with an activity.
