Add content to pages

Watch this video to see how to add content to guide pages on your platform.

There are two layers to choosing your type of content template. Content is added in segments.

Your segment options are:

  • Content
  • Resources
  • Member cards
  • Activity cards
  • Tiles

Content segment

'Content' segments contain more options within them, so be careful to consider your page design before adding multiple content blocks within one content segment. You can't reorder content blocks amongst segments, they are treated as one segment together. See the video above to see this more clearly.

Your content block options are:

  • Feature
  • Paragraph
  • Quote
  • File
  • Video
  • Callout

Resources

This segment requires a connection to Dropbox before you can add or organise files.

Speak to your NI if you plan to share files as part of your guide.

Member cards

You can customise a responsive section of your guide page where members are pulled in & updated automatically.

You show member profile cards based on filters, or you can manually select members to display.

To show a member, search for them within 'Member management' and locate their unique member ID number.

Activity cards

You can customise a responsive section of your guide page where activities are pulled in & updated automatically.

You show activity cards based on filters, or you can manually select activities to display.

To show specific activities, in the CMS navigate to the activity type in the left hand menu and view all of those activities.

Find the activity you are looking for by scrolling, typing or filtering.

The ID is indicated under the activity title.

Tiles

You can display comment in a row of either 2 or 3 tiles.

Add a tiles segment and refresh the page to get the option for how many tiles per row.

Tiles can include pictures, text and links.
