Our platform development process
We follow an agile software development workflow. Our development team work in 2 weeks sprint cycles. During each sprint, time is allocated to team members for a range of tasks covering design, technical investigation, feature development, bug fixes, system improvement and maintenance. We use Jira to manage our software development workflow. Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product developed by Atlassian that allows bug tracking and agile project management.
