1. Approving members before they use the platform
This requires anyone who registers to be approved by the admin before they can sign into the platform. If they are not approved, they will remain as 'pending' or will need to be deleted.
2. Approving members for the timebank
This is for any members who apply to the timebank. If members are not approved, they still may be able to use other platform features (depending on the settings chosen by an admin).
3. Approving members for the member stream
This prevents members appearing on the members stream without a full profile. If they're not approved, they can still use the platform, but will not appear on the member stream.
- Sign into your platform.
- Type /CMS after the platform URL.
- Use the left-hand menu to select 'Member management'.
- Select 'pending members'.
- View all members to be approved for the platform.
- Select a member to open up their details page.
- Review their information on the main page (email address and name - they will complete their profile after you approve them).
- If you have any custom forms set up for new members to complete, open up the tab called 'custom form data' and review their information.
- On the main member page, use the button to 'approve member'.
- This will send an email to the member to prompt them to sign into the platform and complete their profile.
- Sign into your platform.
- Type /CMS after the platform URL.
- There are two options for where you need to go next in the menu, depending on how your platform has been set up.
- Option 1 is to use the left-hand menu to select 'Members' and then 'pending members'.
- Option 2 is to use the left-hand menu to select 'Timebank' and then 'Timebank applications'.
- View all members to be approved for the timebank.
- Select a member to open up their details page.
- Review their information on the main page (email address and name - they will complete their profile after you approve them).
- There are two options for where you need to go next.
- Option 1 is where you will see a 'review and approve button'. Click or tap on this to review their responses to your 'Join the timebank' form.
- Option 2 is where you will need to click or tap on the hyperlink at the top to 'custom form data' and review responses to your 'Join the timebank' form.
- On this page, use the button to 'approve member'.
- This will send an email to the member to prompt them to sign into the platform and complete their profile.

- Use the left-hand menu to select 'Member management'.
- Select 'unapproved for the member stream'.
- View all members to be approved for the member stream.
- Select a member to open up their details page.
- Review their information on the main page (email address and name, profile description and chosen images).
- If you have any custom forms set up for new members to complete, open up the tab called 'custom form data' and review their information.
- Open the 'Best match data' tab and review the tags the member has selected.
- On the main member page, use the button to 'approve' the member.
- This will send an email to the member to prompt them to sign into the platform and complete their profile.
