Add a new sub-account
- Sign into your platform.
- Type /CMS after the platform URL.
- Use the left-hand menu to select 'Member management'.
- Select 'Add a sub-account'.
- Fill in the details for the account as discussed with the sub-account owner.
- The account will need a name, username, password, and account type.
- Assign a 'parent account'. This is the user who will be managing the sub-account.
- Choose whether or not the user will show up on the member stream.
- Check the box to declare you have permission to create the sub-account on the member's behalf.
- Use the 'create member' button.
You can now sign out, and sign in as this user to add activities, or respond to activities on the user's behalf.
