What support do Made Open provide?

  • Platform set up: We will set up and customise your platform on your behalf utilising our ‘Welcome Pack’ to capture essential information.
  • Service Level Agreement: We provide ongoing technical support for your platform and your account manager (nominated individual) will keep you updated on developments*
  • Platform reporting and Google Analytics: Your platform will be set up with Google Analytics and you can also access various platform-based stats.
  • Admin guides & CMS training: Our online admin guides, video tutorials and CMS training will help you manage all aspects of managing your platform.
  • Online support forms: If you or your members experience an issue using your platform, our online support forms let you report the issue quickly.
  • Access to the Made Open network: Our network lets clients, partners and guests explore challenges together and also join on-demand webinars.

* Please note that support plan levels change depending on the software licence package you choose.
