Custom forms can be used either as extra steps when registering or joining the timebank (part of the member dashboard), or as additional forms that sit within a seperate page (built within the CMS).
Custom forms are basically a list of questions & the options members can choose or fill in.
Your question types could be:
- A short text field
- A paragraph
- A checkbox
- Multiple choice
- A drop down choice
Questions can be optional or mandatory.
Custom forms are built by us, so compile a document with your plan for the form, and we will send you a draft to approve.
