A volunteer request is the pledge made by a volunteer to a volunteering opportunity. This is where you can manage the requests made by volunteers and manually log hours, send messages to volunteers, or close off requests.
- Sign into your platform.
- Type /CMS after the platform URL.
- Use the left-hand menu to select 'Volunteer requests' then 'List requests'.
- Here you can view a number of volunteer activity details at a glance, such as activity owner and number of times requested.
- View the request on the platform by using the 'eye' icon.
- Manage the request by using the 'cog' icon.
- Here you can manually add volunteered hours and close off the request.
