Our software is very accessible.

It is 99.4% AA and 92.5% AAA compliant with WCAG 2.1. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). WCAG provides guidelines to enhance the accessibility of web content.


What does this mean for you or your users?

You can customise your experience by:

  1. Adjusting colours, contrast and fonts with browser extensions.
  2. Zooming in up to 300% without text overflow.
  3. Navigating the website using just a keyboard.
  4. Using speech recognition software to navigate.
  5. Listening to the website with screen readers like JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver.

Text instructions are kept simple for easy understanding. 

AbilityNet provides advice on enhancing device usability for those with disabilities.

Easily navigate using the keyboard or mouse with these commands:

  • Tab: Move forward through links/elements.
  • Shift + Tab: Move backward through links/elements.
  • Return or Space: Activate the selected item.

Text size:

Adjust text size via your browser's menu:

  • Mozilla: View > Zoom in

Platform accessibility highlights:

  • Tooltip clickable area: some tooltips have larger clickable areas for easier use.
  • Text customisation: line height and spacing adjustments require a browser extension.
  • Ongoing improvements: enhancements in progress for platform guides, including transcripts, for better accessibility.
