Member dashboard

Find out how to customise your members' dashboards and restrict links by user type or badge.

You have the options to customise the private dashboards seen by your members.

These can be the same for all members, or you can restrict certain areas by user type or badge.

To customise your member dashboard:

  1. Sign into your platform.
  2. Type /CMS after the platform URL.
  3. Use the left-hand menu to select 'Member dashboard'.
  4. Select 'Sub-dashboards'.
  5. Use the cog to edit either the dashboard segment, or the dashboard links.

Edit or set up a new sub-dashboard

This creates a new tile/menu header within the dashboard. You'll need at least one page link for each sub-dashboard for them to work.

  • You can change the sub-dashboard title and description by the text fields.
  • Edit the icon by changing the icon 'code'. Click 'pro-tip' and open the symbols list in another tab to find the icon codes.
  • Type a number into the field to change the order of the dashboard.
  • Choose whether to restrict by user type or badge by clicking the circle next to the name.
  • Save sub-dashboard with the button at the bottom.

Dashboard links

  • You can change the page link title and description by the text fields.
