Over 35 years experience in senior roles in the sports industry, State, Regional and Local Governments, developing and implementing strategic projects and change initiatives. 

Extensive experience in connecting and engaging key people and assets within communities and networks to work together on important things that they could not achieve by themselves.

I have a major interest in innovation management and practice and innovation ecosystems - particularly in the caring sectors.

Recent initiatives include co-developer and facilitator of the Great Regional City Challenge, co-developer of the the Launceston Together community network platform and developing an innovation management framework and implementation roadmap for a leading disability service provider.
