You don't need to register to browse a platform but to engage with any of the activities and members in a meaningful way, you will need to register and sign in.
- Visit your platform's home page.
- Use the 'register' link. This is on the top right hand side for desktops & tablets, and within the main menu for mobiles.
- Review the terms and conditions and tick 'agree'.
- Complete the registration form.
- Visit your email inbox and find our welcome email.
- Verify your account by accessing the link in the email.
If you haven’t received an email, try these steps:
- Check your spam and junk folders, you can search for 'support@madeopen.co.uk' or 'welcome'.
- Double-check you've added the right email address - your email will be displayed on screen. If it is wrong you can get in touch to ask us to update it or simply fill out the form again.
- Try adding 'support@madeopen.co.uk' to your email 'whitelist' and return to the website and re-send the email.
