Member badges

Watch this tutorial video to understand how to find out about badges and submit an application.

Get started:

Please note: processes and wordings may differ slightly on your platform.

Community badges verify and identify the trusted members of a community. The badges are awarded by the administration team using their application criteria. You can apply for a badge within your dashboard.

  • 'Sign-in'.
  • Use the main menu to navigate to your dashboard.
  • Select 'Your account' and then ‘Your badges’.
  • If you haven’t been awarded any badges yet, there’ll be a button to ‘apply for this badge’.
  • In some cases, a platform administrator may have already awarded you a badge.
  • You will be asked to provide a reason why you’re applying.
  • Some platforms ask members to email evidence before they will be able to approve a badge.
  • Use the button to 'submit'.
  • You’ll be notified when your application has been approved or denied.
  • If approved, you will then see the badge on your profile.

Yes, members can have more than one badge on their profile.

To apply for another badge, follow the same steps to 'apply for a badge' and view the other badges that you are eligible to receive.

The maximum limit of badges will differ from platform to platform, so get in touch with the administration team of your platform to find out more.
