- 'Sign-in'.
- Use the main menu to navigate to your dashboard.
- Locate the dashboard menu. This is on the left hand side of large screens or under a white dropdown at the top for mobiles.
- Select ‘Your account’ or 'My impact' (or similar).
- At the top, you will see a summary of the combined stats you have achieved on the platform.
- Scroll to 'My activity' and choose an activity tab to view the statistics for a specific activity type (eg offers, or volunteering).
- Use the button to 'print' if you want to export your impact to use away from the platform.
- Your printer dialogue pop-up (typically) gives you PDF export options in addition to printing.
Yes, the social impact is an ideal tool for demonstrating to recruiters, employers or other organisations that you have value within a community and are motivated to help others as part of a network.
The social impact will round up all your statistics from your level of activity on the platform, so start with defining how you want to be seen and then set out to interact with others on the platform accordingly. Presenting yourself in the best possible light requires consideration with every thought, every word and every deed on the platform.
Ideally, your social impact will mirror your goals and ambitions, making it very obvious to others who you are and where your skills lie. If you have a clearly defined goal at the front of your mind, then you are more likely to connect with others in your community in a way which reflects your goals.
