Check in

This video shows you how to find the goals you've joined and how to check in to a goal.

By periodically recording your progress, you can check-in to various goals and be signposted to relevant information and resources.

You will receive email reminders to check in with your goals on a monthly basis, but you can check in as many times as you like.

Check in

  • Use this link to 'sign-in'. This is on the top right hand side for desktops & tablets, and within the main menu for mobiles.
  • Locate the dashboard menu. This is on the left hand side of large screens or under a white dropdown at the top for mobiles.
  • Go to 'Your goals'.
  • If you have joined more than one goal, choose which goal to check in to.
  • Respond to the questions or statements using the emoticon range.
  • Scores are 0 to 4, the angry face being 0 and happy face being 4.
  • You can add a message to your goal buddy about your check in after the questions.
  • If you score below the low score threshold, you will be prompted by an immediate action message.

Check in history

  • If you have joined more than one goal, choose which goal to view your check in history.
  • The icon is on the right hand side, below the option to check in.
  • You can now review your previous check ins and any comments made.
