- Platform set up: We will train you (the community connector) on how to set up and customise your platforms. We'll encourage you to create a variation of our ‘Welcome Pack’ to capture essential information from your new clients.
- Service Level Agreement: We provide ongoing technical support for your parent platform and community platforms. Your Nominated Individual will keep you updated on developments & new free functionality that your platforms can take advantage of.
- Platform reporting: Your platforms will be able to access various platform-based stats in the CMS of each platform. Your community connector control panel also has a stats section that combines the stats from across all your live platforms.
- Admin guides: When you train a new coordinator, you can share our online admin guides with video tutorials and CMS training to help them learn how to manage their platform.
- Online support forms: If you, your clients or their members experience an issue using your platform, our online support forms let you report the issue quickly. We ask that you, the community connector, are the sole point of contact with us when submitting these forms in order to streamline communications.
- Access to the Made Open network: Our network lets clients, partners and guests explore challenges together. The network is also invited to regular webinars.
