1. Add a poll
Use the link to 'Add an activity' within the 'Your account' menu.
2. Complete the form
Provide as much detail about your poll as possible.
3. View your poll
View within the activities stream when approved.
- Use the link to 'sign-in'. This is on the top right hand side for desktops & tablets, and within the main menu for mobiles.
- Use the link to 'Add an activity' within the 'Your account' menu.
- Select 'Add a poll'.
- Your title should be a short sentence that describes exactly what the activity is.
- Your description should be a detailed paragraph or two including lots of information about what people can expect / why they should get involved. Try to use all the keywords that people might search for to find your activity.
- Your image should be a photograph or graphic with no text that is eye catching, relevant and not bad quality.
- Page 2 requires a choice of the type of poll to add.
- Choose a single type or a ranked type.
- Choose whether to set the poll to be marked private after it expires.
- Add the polling options, including an image and more information for each option (optional).
- For ranked polls, choose how long the voter's shortlist should be.
- On page 3, tag relevant filter items so that your poll can be found by the platform search.
- Use the button to 'submit'.
- An admin may need to approve your activity before it goes live.
