Our commitment to mental health and wellbeing

At Made Open, we understand the importance of supporting the mental wellbeing of our team. It affects their physical health, social life and productivity. Mental health matters to all employees and everyone can help. Our Mental Health and Wellbeing policy focuses on giving information, raising awareness, managing stress, creating a supportive work environment and offering help and support whenever it's needed.

Being open

At Made Open, we value open and trusted relationships with our staff, clients and colleagues. We encourage staff to talk about their feelings, believing it's not a sign of weakness but a way to take care of mental health. Talking can help cope with problems and feel supported. Sharing can encourage others to do the same.
