How are we doing?

You rated us out of 5 in key areas. We scored really well in support, reliability and overall value. We didn't score as well for usability and suitability, and we are committed to improving those areas.

Where we’re improving:

  • You want smarter search, better reporting, and more admin controls – we’re actively testing updates.
  • You’d like more advice and best practice – we’re planning a new webinar series and updating our account reviews to focus on content optimisation.

Looking at the future - your preferences

You told me you'd prefer slower release cycles with more collaboration, less is more approach to features, and a slight preference towards a shared support team and more self-serve content. 

We're exploring:

  • Improving support channels and upgrading self-service support.
  • Exploring a new release schedule and beta sites for improved testing and feedback.
