Annual reviews

Every employee will be invited to an annual review to discuss their performance in their role, how they're contributing to the company's sustainable development goals and how they could be better supported through training.

The review is a relaxed conversation between line manager and employee, and will discuss:

  • the key areas of the job

  • a summary of achievements against the objectives that have been previously agreed or set at initial date of employment

  • specific requirements for any training or development

  • any goals the employee wants to set for themselves in terms of reducing environmental impact, working for their local community or partaking in action for social change.

The meeting will result in an appraisal sheet with an assessment level based on performance over the year against objectives achieved. This will be shared with the employee, line managers and directors.
