Job title: Account Manager
Reporting to: Kathryn Woolf
The main purpose of this role is to support and manage our community platform clients – helping them to grow their online communities and achieve their objectives. You will be many of our clients go-to account manager (NI) with leadership responsibilities for the platform set up phase and ongoing client support.
Role requirements
As the Nominated Individual for many of our community platforms and valued team member, this role requires you to:
- Set up new platforms;
- Provide administrator training;
- Provide on-going support in accordance with Service Level Agreements;
- Create engaging digital content for client platforms and the Made Open networking platform;
- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner;
- Work closely with the platform development team and keep up to speed with developments;
- Support the creation of user guide content;
- Identify and implement improvements to our clients’ overall experience of working with Made Open.
