Grab a coffee and a comfy chair, and enjoy our riveting Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") for the Time4Good platform. By joining our delightful Platform, you're agreeing to these terms, promoting positive vibes and mutual respect. Yay, team spirit!

Applicability

These epic terms cover:

• Every person using the Platform as a member of a circle, whether you're the giver or receiver of User Services.
• Every person in charge of setting up and managing a circle (the superhero known as a "Circle Administrator").

All this awesomeness is brought to you by Made Open Communications Ltd ("Made Open"). They handle the content, users, marketing and even the secret recipe for happiness.

Intellectual Property Rights (the boring but important bits)

While you're saving the world on our Platform, please remember:

• Made Open owns the Intellectual Property Rights for user-generated content and data. So, no funny business!
• They also own the tech, service and documentation. Basically, they’re the masterminds.
• You can use the Platform for personal or business purposes approved by Made Open, following the End User Licence Agreement.

If these terms don't float your boat, please exit stage left and avoid using the Platform.

1. Accessing the Platform (your ticket to ride)

To unlock the wonders of our Platform, you'll need to:

1. Be 16 or older. (Sorry, kids, no sneak peeks!)
2. Follow our rules (these Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct).
3. Stay up-to-date with our terms.
4. Use Platform content for general info only - don’t go betting your life savings on it.
5. Be the master of your own info.
6. Keep your account details secret. No sharing with third parties, fourth parties or that nosy neighbour.

Circle Administrator commitments (with great power...)

1. Be 18 or older, or an organisation verified by Made Open. In other words, be an adult or something that resembles one.
2. Follow our rules like a good Circle Administrator.
3. Stay current with our terms.
4. Share info responsibly - no oversharing!
5. Comply with Made Open's reasonable requests (they’re usually quite nice about it).
6. Implement safeguarding frameworks and moderate User Services like a boss.
7. Verify users for your circle and keep everyone safe. Safety first!

Our commitments (what we promise)

1. Collect only relevant personal info. No snooping through your sock drawer.
2. Never sell your data. We’re not that kind of company.
3. Explain why we need your data. No mysterious motives here.
4. Safely store and protect your data like it's the last slice of pizza.
5. Respect your wishes and rights. Always.
6. Keep content updated and error-free. Typos be gone!
7. Give you a heads-up on major changes.
8. Support recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Because old browsers are so last century.
9. Assist with Platform queries. We’ve got your back!
10. Refuse inappropriate listings, content or memberships. No riffraff allowed.
11. Remove your info if used without permission. No funny business.
12. Anonymise your details whenever possible. Ninja mode activated.

2. Subscription (free samples with a twist)

We operate on a "freemium to premium" model. Want more circles or groups? Time to shell out for a monthly subscription. Paying subscribers also get an ad-free experience - yay! For more info, check out our website.

3. Acceptable Use (play nice)

When using our Platform, please:

• Provide accurate info about yourself. No fake moustaches or alter egos.
• Use the Platform as intended. No shenanigans.
• Treat others with respect. Play nice!
• Keep it lawful. No heists or hijinks.
• Keep your account details secret. No password sharing, even with your goldfish.
• Notify us of any unauthorised use. We're on your side!
• Include our copyright notice in references. Give credit where it's due.
• Comply with tech laws and regulations. No hacking the mainframe.

Avoid:

• Sharing personal info without consent. Privacy matters!
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without our blessing. No unauthorised lemonade stands.
• Misusing the Platform in any sneaky ways. We're watching!
• Violating copyright laws. Don’t be a pirate.
• Using others' credentials. Be yourself.
• Engaging in fraud or malice. Good vibes only!
• Introducing harmful code or viruses. Keep it clean!
• Infringing on our IP rights. Hands off our stuff.
• Transmitting offensive or defamatory material. Be kind!
• Compromising our systems. No funny business.
• Collecting data from our service. No data mining expeditions.
• Harming or harassing others. Spread love, not hate.
• Spamming. Nobody likes spam, unless it's the canned kind.
• Suggesting false associations or endorsements. Honesty is the best policy.

User conduct and Time Credits (because we love rewards)

Earn time credits for your good deeds on the Platform. Here’s how:

• Signing up = 3 time credits
• Adding an offer or request = 2 time credits each
• Starting a circle = 5 time credits
• Getting 5 members to join = 2 time credits
• Messaging in the circle = 1 time credit per thread
• Checking in on others or giving time credits = 2 time credits
• Receiving a thank you = 2 time credits (4 with a note)
• Giving a thank you = 1 time credit (1 with a note)

8. Moderating Interactive Services (Keep it Classy)

We offer fun interactive services like messaging and chatrooms. Here’s the deal:

• We’re not obligated to oversee or moderate. We trust you!
• If flagged, we decide whether to intervene. Play nice, and we won’t have to.
• Contact the moderator if needed. They’re here to help.
• Minors need parental/guardian consent. No exceptions.
• Moderation isn’t perfect. Parents, stay vigilant.
• We're not responsible for actions violating our policies. You know the rules!

9. Linking to Our Platform (Link Away)

Feel free to link to our Platform fairly and legally. But:

• No harm to our reputation.
• No false associations.
• Only link from websites you own.
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability and Indemnification (The Legal Mumbo Jumbo)

We’re not liable for any lost profits or indirect damages. If someone sues us because of your actions, you’ll cover our backs (and legal fees). Your rights remain unaffected by applicable laws.

13. Applicable Laws (Keeping it Local)

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes? They’ll be settled in the courts of England and Wales. If a part is invalid, we’ll tweak or remove it, and the rest will stay intact.
