I help support our uber-talented team of designers, developers and testers to continually improve our community platform.

My responsibilities are to make sure they get the information they need to solve the right problems, and make sure the platform continues to get better and better.

Part of my role is to reduce the wrong kind of distractions, encourage the right kind and make sure we are always delivering value.

I’m also client-facing, helping support some of our platform clients to make the most out of our product.

I'm based in Cornwall with my little family, I have a 1-year-old son and a new family member arriving very soon, so on my way to creating the greatest 3 on 3 basketball team there ever was.
