Get started:

Please note: processes and wordings may differ slightly on your platform.

  • Find an event by searching the activity stream or events calendar on your platform.
  • If the event is 'bookable' on the platform you will need to sign in.
  • If the event is 'bookable' on an external website, there will be an icon with a square and an arrow showing that it will open a new webpage.
  • Use the button to 'book now'.

If booking on the platform:

  • a pop-up form will ask you to submit some details.
  • These could include:
    • Your full name;
    • Phone number;
    • A message to the event organiser (optional);
    • Additional information (set by the event organiser);
    • Name of guests.
  • Use the 'book' button to complete your booking.
  • You can use the button on this event listing page at any point to manage your booking to amend or add guests, contact the event organiser or cancel your whole booking.

If booking via an external website (like Eventbrite):

  • a new tab or window will open up within your internet browser;
  • the form could include a wide variety of details;
  • add in the information requested;
  • use the button to 'submit' (or similar).

You will need to contact the event organiser directly to manage your booking.
