Agile workflow

We utilise the 'agile' workflow method because it removes silos and brings the team together to deliver developments over time in iterations. We continually get feedback on our developments and adapt over time.

The Kanban workflow comprises of ‘Product Backlog’, ‘Requirements’, ‘Design’, ‘Development’, ‘Testing’, ‘Deployment’, and ‘Done’ stages.
