Founded by Georgina Wilson, BUD Leaders also creates a fairer business world for Black and Global Majority women.

All members can interact, support and collaborate with each other, completely free of charge.

The vision for BUD Leaders Online Community

BUD initially chose our software for their online networking platform because of our timebanking feature, enabling members to exchange skills for time credits.

Other features include:

  • Challenges: where members can ask questions and share ideas.
  • Conversations: where members can start or join discussions.
  • Teams: where members can create collaboration spaces.
  • Badges: where members are rewarded for their achievements.

The BUD Leaders platform promotes a culture of reciprocity, authenticity and creativity. We want leaders to initiate change by empowering themselves and others, and this platform is our tool to make this goal a reality.
