We're often told that we don't fit the mould of a typical technology company. When I look at some of our client testimonials, I can see their point, e.g:
"...their desire to use their products to advance social justice is unrivaled within the private sector."
"...they don't seem to have learned the word NO when we ask for tweaks or new ways of doing things."
"...it's not simply a case of a product or service being delivered, but the evolution of a strong working partnership in which shared goals are worked on together."
Kind words but not perhaps the fingerprint of a productive / profitable tech company.
I'd love to know what matters most to you when working with a technology partner. Is the product all important? Does 'service' trump 'product'? Is price important - how important? Or something else?
